General terms and conditions

Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, invoices, deliveries and services provided by one of our companies (BBCOPA BE0803.290.652,   Bread and Pastry Service BE0403.712.218, Atelier Co-Pains BE0819.074.136,

Pastry Solutions, BE0734.485.483, Salt 'n Sugar BE1000.327.346) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes and confirmations

All our offers are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation of the order by both parties.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other government levies. Price changes due to changes in VAT rates or other government measures are reserved.

Delivery

Our company will make every effort to deliver orders within the agreed term. However, exceeding the delivery term does not entitle the customer to compensation, cancellation of the order or non-fulfilment of any payment obligation.

Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is legally in default and we have the right to charge the statutory interest from that moment on.

Retention of title

All delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims, including costs and interest, has been made.

Complaints and returns

Complaints about delivered products must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery. Returns will not be accepted.

Liability

Our company is not liable for any indirect damage to the customer or third parties, including consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings, etc.

Force majeur

In the event of force majeure, we are not obliged to compensate the customer for any damage incurred as a result.

Applicable law and disputes

All legal relationships between us and the customer are subject to Belgian law. All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the region of Antwerp.
